Residents with disabilities or receiving specialized medical treatment at home are especially vulnerable during emergencies. Power failures may disrupt medical devices and create life threatening conditions.Evacuations may require manpower assistance.

The Office of Emergency Management and the Mayor’s Action Center have teamed up to identify these residents who may need extra help in times of trouble.
