Many people are interested in helping out their neighbors during times of emergencies or disasters. We are currently recruiting individuals to join the Parsippany Community Emergency Response Team. The CERT team will learn basic emergency techniques and assist as needed.
Training is geared to learn how to:

3. Help your neighbors
